The website TopUser.PRO (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) provides marketing services, information and consulting services, and website creation and support services.
Definitions

Rights and Responsibilities of Website Administration
The Website Administration may alter or delete User-posted information and suspend, limit, or terminate User access to Website Services at its discretion without explanation.
The Website Administration commits to providing Users with support consultations when Users provide their personal details. Consultations cover specific questions related to Service provision.
If Users violate the Terms (including integral parts), the Website Administration may unilaterally suspend, restrict, or terminate their Service access without liability for potential damages.
The Website Administration ensures the availability of Services as specified in this Agreement.
The Website Administration reserves the right to send promotional materials via email, SMS, or Viber to Users who have provided their contact details.
Rights and Responsibilities of the User
Users must use the Website lawfully, respecting Ukrainian law and the Website Owner’s rights.
Users must avoid actions disrupting Website operations or constitute improper use. Automated access or copying processes are prohibited.
Users must not attempt unauthorized data access or hacking.

Users must respect proprietary and non-proprietary rights while using the Website.
Limitation of Liability
The Website Administration bears no responsibility for errors, omissions, service interruptions, delays, communication line failures, equipment destruction, or unauthorized third-party Website access affecting Service availability.

Force majeure events, including war, pandemics, natural disasters, government actions, legislative changes, network accidents, or communication disruptions, exempt the Website Administration from liability for Service restrictions or termination.
The Website Administration is not responsible for direct or indirect losses, including lost profits, data loss, reputation damage, or unauthorized third-party access.
The Website Administration’s liability is limited to direct documented damages incurred by Users due to administrative actions or inactions, capped at the cost of provided services.
Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, copyrighted materials, and other Website elements constitute intellectual property protected under Ukrainian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of these elements without explicit permission from the Website Administration or respective rights holders is illegal and may result in civil, administrative, or criminal proceedings under Ukrainian law.
